So you just clicked a button that says “I’m not ok” so this means you are struggling…can I tell you a secret?  We all are.  The dirty little secret is that we are an entire world in need of a Savior.  We all sin.  We all mess up.  This is why the Bible says:

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God NIV

Now some of us look like we have it all together but that’s just because some of us are better at faking it than others but all of us are in desperate need of love, of grace, and of forgiveness.  Do you want to know the best part?  Because of God’s amazing love for us, you can have all of it through Jesus.

Romans 3:23 Since we’ve compiled this long and sorry record as sinners (both us and them) and proved that we are utterly incapable of living the glorious lives God wills for us, 24 God did it for us. Out of sheer generosity he put us in right standing with himself. A pure gift. He got us out of the mess we’re in and restored us to where he always wanted us to be. And he did it by means of Jesus Christ.25 God sacrificed Jesus on the altar of the world to clear that world of sin. Having faith in him sets us in the clear. God decided on this course of action in full view of the public — to set the world in the clear with himself through the sacrifice of Jesus, finally taking care of the sins he had so patiently endured. 26 This is not only clear, but it’s now — this is current history! God sets things right. He also makes it possible for us to live in his rightness. MSG

Listen it’s okay to not be okay, but it is also okay to do something about it and the beauty of Jesus is that all you need to do is believe in Him and He actually does the rest.  This is the true beauty of what we believe:

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.  NIV
