What happened?

The simple version is that on Saturday afternoon, one of our air conditioning and heating units experienced a buildup of pressure. This caused a pipe to disconnect, resulting in a water leak.  Notice the two red circles in the picture.  Fortunately, the situation was not as serious as it could have been.  We were on site quickly and were able to shut off the pump.  This is not something that is supposed to happen.  We are working with Total Heating and Coolin

What are you seeing?  The fire pump for the fire sprinkler system.  What you can't see is the jockey pump that goes ten feet down into the water tank.  What is a jockey pump?  It maintains consistent pressure in our fire sprinkler system in case of a fire.
