What are you seeing?  The fire pump for the fire sprinkler system.  What you can't see is the jockey pump that goes ten feet down into the water tank.  What is a jockey pump?  It maintains consistent pressure in our fire sprinkler system in case of a fire.  

Last summer, it was identified that MRC was hit with an electrical surge, maybe even a lightning strike, knocking out our jockey pump, jockey pump controller, and jockey pump capacitor.  The company that installed the system has been diagnosing the problems.   Over the past few months, they have replaced the jockey pump controller, the capacitor, and today, the jockey pump has been replaced.  For now, all systems are normal.
