MRC has put together a simple journal to help you to fully engage God and live out Proverbs 3:5-8. The journals hit the lobby Sunday. At the top of the journal, you will see: 'God of the Universe, please talk to me today.' This simple tool will help you walk through the Bible, story by story, and reflect on what God is saying to you and how you can apply it to your life. You can walk through the Bible three ways. 1.) randomly 2.) read it through in a year or 3.) read through chronologically [as it actually happened].

This journal helps you S.L.O.W. down and enjoy God. S stands for slow down and unwind from your day. L stands for listen for God to speak. O stands for observing what is being said. W stands for work it into your life.

Proverbs 3:5-8 Trust GOD from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for GOD's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he's the one who will keep you on track. Don't assume that you know it all. Run to GOD! Run from evil! Your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life!
