Welcome to MRCWe are on a Mission...and we would love it if you joined us Mechanicsburg Brethren in Christ Church [McBIC] felt God was asking them to plant a new church in the Dillsburg South area. This new church would be a missional church that would focus on reaching and redeeming people. They did just that. A group of people from McBIC planted Mountain Ridge Church [MRC]. Today, the mission continues to be our focus. That mission is what makes MRC different and unique. That mission helps us prioritize what is important and decide what we will do and what we won’t do. It defines us. What is it? Jesus gave us the mission in Matthew 10:5-8,
We have created MRC to be that special place where, no matter where people are or what has happened, they can be redeemed by God. So at MRC, we don’t invite people to a church filled with religious activities and programs to keep them busy; we invite people into a meaningful, life changing, relationship with God. Again, Jesus said it best in Matthew 11:28-30,
Our purpose statement is:: To help people find and fulfill God’s plan for their lives. It’s the mission Jesus died for. It’s the mission we live for. We would love it if you joined us in this mission. |

“Take and Bake”
The Messy Kitchen Is hosting a “Take and Bake.” A variety of casseroles and desserts can be purchased APRIL 7th. . They can be used that week or frozen for future use. We have heard how this is a busy time of year with work, sports, and running around. We thought we’d help out and raise funds at the same time! Worse case, we filled the TMK freezer for future meal requests! Walk for Hope Grab some friends and get walking! MRC would like to gather a team to join in this 5K walk on APRIL 21st. The walk begins at Logan park at 2:00. Sign up and get your sponsorship form today in the resource room!
